YOUNG ACHIEVER OF THE YEAR AWARD
 
This award is open to any company to nominate a member of their staff - under the age of 30 years - who has achieved something of significance in the last year. We would ask you to complete the nomination form with details of the nominee and a short description of their achievement. Any further evidence you can give in the way of recognition for this achievement will help us when we come to judging the winner.
 
Forms id detailed below. We will announce the winner at our Annual Dinner on 27 January 2012 where the Presentation will be made.   
 
To help you consider whom you would like to nominate, we are looking for someone who has made the most positive contribution to the insurance profession in Liverpool during 2011. This can be through exam success or business related i.e. customer care, claims settlement or business acquisition.

Notes:
 
i)                    The grounds of recommendation will vary from case to case. You should aim to provide factual information about the nominee’s contribution including, for example, details of the length of time in company/institute and what they have achieved to make their work or service exceptional. If you have difficulty in obtaining all these details without breaking confidentiality, you should say so on this form.
 
ii)                  Letters of support from other people should be attached to this form. They can help to strengthen any nomination, and are especially valuable where there are 2 nominees with similar achievements. If you approach someone else for support, it is important that this is done in confidence and that the person can verify the nominee’s contribution and is familiar with the nominee’s activities. Where possible, you should include two such letters in support of your nomination.
 
Response to a Nomination
 
Receipt of all nominations will be acknowledged but only to the prime nominee. To maintain confidentiality the acknowledgement may be by telephone in certain cases.
