ANNUAL DINNER
The Dinner will be held in the Princes Suite of the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Liverpool, on FRIDAY, 27 JANUARY 2012 at 7.00 p.m. for 7.30 p.m.
Dress : Dinner jacket with miniatures.
Tickets : £50.00 to both members and guests, which includes a donation to the
the Insurance Charities of £2.00. Please deduct this if you do not wish
to make any donation.
1. We enclose the Hotel's Wine List and Order Form. This should be submitted directly
to the Hotel with a note of how you intend to pay for the account.
2. Please note that the seating plans are based on round tables of 10. Smaller parties and reservations not make in multiples of 10 may be asked to share tables with each other.
3. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated. Please ask all the members of
your party before booking. Those requiring a fish main course any vegetarian or
vegan members in their party should notify us when booking.
4. In order that we may treat the members of your party with the usual courtesy, please
ask them all for details of their academic qualifications and other awards/titles. These
should be shown on the booking form.
5. Hotel accommodation is limited however all rooms at the Hotel have been reserved for the dinner and will not be released to the General Public until 1st December 2010. A special rate of £97.00 inc Bed and Breakfast is available to all guests. Please ensure you confirm the booking reference INS with the hotel at the time of booking.
Final applications for tickets must be made to the Dinner Secretary in writing, not later than FRIDAY 23RD DECEMBER 2011 accompanied by cheques payable to the “Insurance Institute of Liverpool”. After this date applications will be considered on a no promise basis. Members wishing to make up parties are asked to complete the attached form. Your wishes with regard to seating will be respected as far as possible and should be indicated on the Application Form and NOT IN A SEPARATE LETTER.
One Reservation Notice will be issued covering a Whole Party. Special arrangements will be made for members who wish to attend the dinner on their own and not in a Company party. Cancellations must be made in writing to reach the Dinner Secretary at the Insurance Institute of Liverpool, The Old Malthouse, Trueman Street, Liverpool L3 2BA not later than noon on FRIDAY, 06 JANUARY 2012. Ticket money cannot be refunded thereafter.
